Occupational Health Services (BHT)

Nordic Health Partner assists clients in the preventive working environment and contributes to companies’ work to prevent work-related health problems, illness, and injury. The assistance is triggered by risk conditions in the working environment that may have an impact on the employees’ health. The work must be targeted, risk- and knowledge-based, and directed towards real needs at the individual workplace.  

This involves assisting with:
• mapping of the working environment, conducting investigations and assessing risk
• propose and implement preventive measures that can reduce the risk of work-related health injuries
• planning and implementation of physical and organisational changes, for example in connection with new buildings or changes to work premises
• preparation of internal control in health, safety and environment work
• monitor and follow up the health of employees when the work situation so requires, justified from an occupational health perspective or when the company’s risk assessment requires this
• to propose and implement facilitation of the work for the individual
• health, safety and environment information and training
• follow-up of inquiries from employees, safety delegates and working environment committees
