Lars Olav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Management from BI Norwegian Business School. He has held various financial leadership roles both in Norway and internationally, including the last 10 years as a General Manager. Lars Olav had 12 years of experience in different international companies within the oil and gas sector before he joined International SOS in 2018 as General Manager. As of May 2025, he has taken on the role of Managing Director for Nordic Health Partner.
Jarand graduated from Medical School in Bergen, Norway in 1996 and became a specialist in Occupational Medicine in 2008. He has worked with Occupational Medicine for more than 27 years, the last 15 years mainly within the oil & gas industry serving as medical advisor for drilling contractors and operators both in Norway and globally. Jarand serves as board chairman of the Norwegian Association of Occupation Medicine and chairman of the IADC Health sub-committee. As of May 2025, he has taken the role as Chief Medical Director for Nordic Health Partner.
Jorunn Kristine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master in Management. Jorunn Kristine has 11 years’ experience within the field of Medical and Security Risk, 19 years within global toxicology businesses, and prior to that 4 years at Norsk Hydro’s (now Equinor) Research Centre in Bergen, Norway. As of May 2025, she has taken on the role as Commercial Director for Nordic Health Partner.
Kjetil Andrè holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. With 13 years’ experience from the Public Healthcare System he’s held various manager roles and also served on the Board of Directors in Helse Fonna. From his former role as Operations Offshore Manager Kjetil Andrè has built 6 years’ experience from global operations within Maritime and Oil & Gas Industry, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency in challenging environments. As of May 2025, he has taken on the role of Operations & HSEQ Director for Nordic Health Partner.
Odd Arild Jakobsen holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and has a background as a safety engineer. With his 20+ years within the industry he possesses extensive experience in Occupational Health and HSE-Services to the Oil- and Gas sector, having served both as a specialist and, for the past 12 years, in leadership roles at International SOS. As the Operations Manager for our Work Environment Department, Odd Arild oversees a team of skilled professionals specialising in occupational hygiene, ergonomics, and psychosocial work environment. As of May 2025, he has taken on the role of Operations Director – Working Environment for Nordic Health Partner.
Anne Marie Buch is a Danish anesthesiologist with extensive experience in clinical anesthesia, telemedicine, and healthcare management. She has held leadership roles at International SOS Denmark and Teladoc Health Denmark, managing medical support for offshore industries and telemedical solutions. Her career includes positions in Greenland, China, and Denmark, focusing on anesthesia, intensive care, and general practice. She holds a Master’s degree in Medicine from the University of Southern Denmark. As of May 2025, she has taken on the role of Medical Director Denmark for Nordic Health Partner
Simon Kaarstad holds a bachelors degree in social economics. He has worked in the oil and gas industry since 2008, serving as an accountant, financial planner and Finance manager. As of May 2025, he has taken the role as Finance Director for Nordic Health Partner.
Eli has an educational background in law from the University of Oslo and the University of Southeast Norway. She has held various leadership roles both within commercial and within HR. Eli had 20 years of commercial experience from the international airline- and cruise industry and 6 years from HR in the offshore industry before she joined International SOS in 2016 as Human Resource Director. As of May 2025, she has taken on the role of Human Resource Director for Nordic Health Partner.
